人类组织激肽释放酶基因14与卵巢癌研究进展 被引量：2

摘要 人类组织激肽释放酶14属于人类组织激肽释放酶家族中的一员,由人类组织激肽释放酶基因14编码,定位于人类染色体19q13.3-13.4上,受甾体类激素调节,其功能可能有降解胶原IV等细胞外基质作用,但具体尚不十分清楚。部分研究表明人类组织激肽释放酶基因14与卵巢癌的生长、转移和浸润有关,对卵巢癌的早期诊断、临床监测和判断预后具有一定价值。
