胰岛素与乳腺癌关系的研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 胰岛素作为一种生长因子在乳腺癌发生中的作用日益得到肯定。大量流行病学研究发现,乳腺癌患者的血胰岛素水平显著高于正常人群,人群中高胰岛素水平者发生乳腺癌的危险增加,乳腺癌患者胰岛素水平与复发及生存率密切相关。胰岛素通过两条信号传导途径实现其在乳腺癌发生中的促有丝分裂及抗凋亡作用。胰岛素与雌激素、胰岛素样生长因子在乳腺癌的发生中具有协同作用。
