摘要
低水平的炎症状态是胰岛素抵抗的病因之一,白细胞介素(IL)-6作为一种炎症介质,参与了胰岛素抵抗的发生和发展。IL-6导致胰岛素抵抗的主要机制有:(1)IL-6与受体结合直接或通过诱导产生细胞因子信号转导抑制因子-3,间接作用于胰岛素信号转导系统,干扰胰岛素信号转导,降低胰岛素敏感性。(2)影响脂代谢及脂肪因子,降低胰岛素的作用。生活方式的干预和药物治疗可降低血浆IL-6水平,改善胰岛素抵抗。
Low level inflammation may have a pathogenic role in the genesis of insulin resistance. Interleukin(IL)-6, as a kind of inflammatory mediator, contributes to the development and progression of insulin resistance. The main mechanisms by which IL-6 causes insulin resistance might involve two aspects as follows. Firstly, IL-6 exerts its effect on insulin signal tmnsduction system by binding to its receptor directly or inducing expression of suppressor of cytokine signaling-3, then it inhibits insulin signal transduction and impairs insulin sensitivity. Secondly, IL-6 affects lipid metabolism and adipocytokines. As a result, insulin action is decreased. Life style interference and medicine treatment can lower serum level of IL-6 and improve insulin resistance.
