摘要
面对全球化、信息化和技术的快速发展,在复杂、变革、不确定的环境下,我国企业管理理论者和实践者不断呈现出多学科综合性的特点,经济学、心理学、社会学等学科的研究成果不断融入到管理学的发展中,初步形成了知识管理、顾客价值管理、心理契约管理以及社会资本管理等新的研究动向。
With the rapid development of the globalization, information and the technology, the management theorist and practitioner make their researches multi-disciplinarily and comprehensively under the complex, changing and uncertain environment. The researches on the subjects, such as economics, psychology, sociology, are unceasingly integrated to the development of the management science, Now the new research trends have been developed initially towards knowledge management, customer value management, psychological contract management as well as the social capital management and so on.
