The Evolution of the Concept "CBD" and Relevant Problems

“中央商务区”的概念随时代发展不断被赋予新的含义。信息经济学和知识经济的发展要求把CBD建设成信息港,而且金融业应居龙头地位。我国应该在发挥政府积极作用,加快CBD信息基础设施的同时促进金融市场化改革,对信息化、信用化、政府执政的透明性和环境保护以及危机应对机制进行通盘考虑。同时,跨学科的CBD理论和实证研究也变得前所未有的重要。

The idea of CBD evolves a lot with time. The development of information economics and the knowledge economy needs a CBD to be built as an information center, and financial business should play the main role. In China, a positive policy needs to be executed in order to accelerate the construction of information infrastructure and the reform of financial market. A plan is necessary to consider the following aspects including informationization, credit construction, transparency of policies, environmental protections, and crises -management. An interdisciplinary research on theoretical and empirical CBD should be made.
