学科建设是大学各项建设的核心,也是提高大学教学、科研及社会服务能力和水平的重要基础。大学学科建设必须遵循立足创新、突出优势、优化结构、发展应用、扶持新兴的原则,根据大学总体发展战略规划和建设目标,制定学科建设规划,进一步凝炼学科方向,突出学科特色,促进学科交叉,提升学科整体实力;依托重点学科,加强创新平台建设,不断增强大学的创新能力;改革学科投资模式,发挥投资对提高学科创新能力和学科竞争力的作用;加强组织保障,强化科学管理,注重制度创新,确保学科建设取得良好的效益;构建检查评估机制,加强学科评估工作,促进学科建设的规范化、科学化和现代化。

Disciplinary construction is the core of all the university construction which is the important foundation to improve the ability and level of teaching, scientific research and social service. University disciplinary construction should abide by the principle of basing on innovation,protruding advantage,optimizing structure,promoting application,and supporting the new and developing. We should establish disciplinary construction planning, further condense disciplinary direction, highlight disciplinary characteristics, promote disciplinary overlapping, upgrade disciplinary overall strength according to the university overall development strategic planning and construction goal. We should rely on the key discipline,strengthening innovation platform to continually promote the ability of university innovation. With the reform of disciplinary investment model, we should give full play to the role of investment to improve disciplinary innovation ability and disciplinary competitive power, strengthening organizational guarantee, consolidating scientific management, emphasizing system innovation so as to ensure the satisfactory beneficial results of disciplinary construction. We should also construct examination and evaluation mechanism, intensifying disciplinary evaluation to promote the standardization, scientificalization and modernization of disciplinary construction.
