摘要
虽然决策者、教育研究者和实践工作者对专业化的期望各有不同,但教师专业化日益受人关注则成为不争的事实。但是,教师不仅仍然未能跻身于“成熟专业”之列,而且在其追求所谓“专业特质”的过程当中遭遇了重重困惑。所以,回归教学自身,关注教师职业特点在具体的历史发展情境中去探究教学的基本规律,逐步建构属于教学自身的专业形态才是关注教师专业化者需要用心的地方。
Policy- makers, educational researchers and practitioners have different expectations of professionalization, but it is obvious that teachers' professionalization is drawing more and more attention. Now teachers haven't not only entered the mature major, but have been confronted with a lot of puzzlement in their pursuit of the so - called professional feature. Therefore, what those focusing on the teachers' professionalization should do is turn back to the teaching itself, explore the basic teaching laws in the particular historical development and gradually form the professional structure belonging to teaching itself.
