摘要
发展性教师评价是一种最早兴起于英国、与外控式评价相对应的以促进教师专业发展为目的的教师评价制度。构建发展性教师评价体系,可以从专业态度、专业意识、专业知识和专业能力这四个方面来考虑,只有这样才能为学校开展这方面的研究提供参考。
Originating in Britain and being opposite to the other- controlled evaluation, the developmental teacher evaluation is a kind of teacher evaluating system with the aim of promoting teachers' professional development. We should approach the construction of developmental teacher evaluating system from such four aspects as the professional attitude, awareness, knowledge and ability, thus providing reference for the school to conduct the research.
