鼻内窥镜下鼻中隔偏曲矫正术69例报告

Endoscopic Treatment of 69 Cases of Nasal Septal Reconstruction

目的:探讨鼻内镜下实施鼻中隔矫正术的治疗效果。方法:应用鼻内窥镜进行69例鼻中隔矫正术的回顾性分析。结果:69例病人,鼻中隔偏曲均得到矫正,效果良好,无1例鼻中隔穿孔。结论:鼻内窥镜应用于鼻中隔矫正术具有安全、有效等优点,是替代传统手术方式的有效方法。

Objectives：To investigate the effect of nasal septal reconstruction under nasal endoscopy. Methods： A retrospective analysis of performing the resection of nasal septum deviation under nasal endoscopy for 69 eases was pedormed.Results：Nasal septum deviation of all patients was reconstructed entirely. The operative effect was good and the eomplleation as nasal septum perforation was not found. Conclusions：Nasal septal reconstruction under nasal endoscope would be safe and effective for treating patients with nasal septum deviation. It was an effective operation to replace the traditional operation.
