摘要
目前,我国95%以上的煤矿企业使用液压设备,乳化液是煤矿液压支架和液压支柱的传动介质,在液压系统中起血液作用, 乳化液的配比浓度受很多因素的影响,包括水压、温度、流量、配比装置准确度等,现有的乳化液配比装置配制精度不高,效率低,受人为因素影响较大。通过运用超声波检测技术和变频技术,开发了基于单片机的矢量自动配比装置;本装置运行稳定、精度高,其运行的各项指标均达到了设计要求;大大提高了配比效率,满足了煤矿企业生产要求,取得了较好的经济效益和社会效益。
Now, above 95 percent of mine enterprises of China use hydraulic device, emulation is the driver media of the mechanism for the power supports in mine. It is the blood in the power supporting system. Many factors influence the concentration of emulation, such as pressure of water, temperature, flux, accuracy of mixing device and so on. The mixing accuracy of emulation device is low, the mixing efficiency is also low, and the worker influenced the result of mixing concentration greatly. Using supersonic and speed frequency variable technology, the computer vector automatic mixing control sys'tem based on single chip microprocessor has been designed. The instrument works stably, and has high measurement accuracy. The control parameters reached the demand of designing. It improved the efficiency of emulation mixing, satisfied with the working demand of the enterprise and gained very good economy and society benefits.
