摘要
汽车辅助动力单元是控制发动机和发电机以使整车实现良好的燃油经济性、排放性和动力性,介绍了基于Intel 80C196KC 的混合动力辅助单元控制器的硬件接口设计,系统包括存储器模块、A/D模块、D/A模块以及CAN通讯模块的电路设计,单片机外部采用动态切换方式,总线通讯方式为CAN通讯,实验结果表明,该控制器具有较高的数据处理性能和可靠性,硬件接口设计合理,响应速度快,满足实验台架的控制要求。
APU (auxiliary power unit) controls engine and generator in order to realize better fuel economy and lower emission. The hardware interface of HEV APU Controller is designed based on Inte180c196kc. It mainly contains Memory, A/D, D/A, I/O and node of CAN bus. Experiment result shows the controller has high data process performance and high reliability, and hardware interface design is reasonable, it has high process speed and meets the control need of experiment platform.
