摘要
本文针对热风炉非线性、时变性和多控制目标的控制特点,以包钢四号高炉热风炉的独特加热系统为对象,提出了由热平衡计算的物理模型和模糊神经网络构成的混合型控制系统。并给出了它的基本设计方法。仿真结果表明,热风炉热效率明显提高。
This paper presents a cooperative control system based on physical model and fuzzy neural network applied to hot blast stove.A basic method to construct fuzzy neural controller is given,which is suitable for the peculiar heating system of No.4 blast furnace in iron making plant,Bao Tou Iron & Steel Corporation.The simulation results demonstrate that the efficiency of hot blast stove is improved greatly.
