在变电站建设前期的可行性研究中，应用贝叶斯方法进行经验估算，取得最优决策，并从后验全信息期望值的角度，比较了贝叶斯方法与古典方法（即先验全信息期望值）的差别。

In the early feasibility studies of the substation construction,an experiential estimation is made by Bayesian approach and an optimum decision has been got,then the difference between the Bayesian Approach and a classical method (pior expection of whole information)is compared from the viewpoint of posterior expectation of whole in formation
