放置MCu IUD24个月的临床效果观察

Two Years' Clinical Observation on the Efficacy of MCu IUD

目的:观察新型宫内节育器MCuIUD的临床效果。方法:将600例置器妇女随机分为2组,分别放置MCu、MLCu两种IUD各300例,随访观察24个月,对其避孕效果、副反应、续用率进行观察比较与评价。结果:24个月累积续用率MCuIUD为93.29%,MLCuIUD为84.05%,比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);MCuIUD、MLCuIUD脱落率分别为1.00%、7.44%,差异有极显著性意义(P<0.01);因症取出率分别为2.36%、6.48%,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);带器妊娠率分别为2.68%,1.35%,差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。结论:MCuIUD是一种续用率高、脱落率低、因症取出率低、妊娠率较低、可接受性好的宫内节育器,值得临床推广。

Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of the latest type of MCu IUD. Methods： 600 patients were allocated randomly to two groups. In group Ⅰ （ n = 300）, patients were inserted in Mcu IUD. In group Ⅱ（ n = 300）, patients were inserted in MLCu ICD. Follow - up survey lasted two years. The contracepted efficacy, side - effects and sustaining rates of two IUDs were observed. Results： Sustaining rates of MCu IUD and MLCu IUD were 93.29%, 84.05%, and there was significant difference between two groups（ P 〈 0.05）. The dropping rates of MCu IUD and MLCu IUD were 1.00% and 7.44% and significantly different （P 〈 0.01 ）. The delivered rates ofMCu IUD and MLCu IUD were 2.56% and 6.48% and significantly different（P 〈0.05 ）. The pregnancy rates of MCu IUD and MLCU IUD were 2.68% and 1.35% and not significantly different（ P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion： It is recommended to generalize MCu IUD because of its high sustaining rate, low dropping rate, low delivered rate, low pregnancy rate and good tolerance.
