摘要 我国上世纪80年代以来在基础教育中形成的教育“重点制”促进了部分学校教学质量的提高,有力地推动了升学教育,但实践也证明这种“重点制”在发展的过程中带来了严重的问题。具体表现为,这种模式下的教育行为无法真正实现我们的教育目的;这种模式远离教育公平的目标;这种模式引发学生各种心理问题;这种模式造成道德教育的失落;这种模式还导致学校之间的恶性竞争。可以说我们现在的很多教育问题都与我们的教育“重点制”这种制度设计密切相关。为了推动我国的教育改革,必须重新认识和深刻反省我们的教育“重点制”。 The key school system that formed in basic education in 1980s has promoted the quality improvement of some schools and the development of the education for entering schools of a higher level as well. However, it is also proved in practice that the system has caused serious problems during its process of development. These problems include that the educational behavior in such a mode can not achieve our real educational goalss the system is against the goal of education justices it results in various mental problems of students ; it causes the failure of moral educations and it also leads to vicious competition among schools. In other words, plenty of current educational problems are closely related to the system of key schools. Therefore, we must re-view and make a deep reflection on this system in order to promote China's education reform.
