试论构建“学习社会”的理论基础和社会条件

“学习社会”概念具有丰富的内涵。“知识爆炸”、传统学校教育的局限性、社会竞争压力的日益加大、人们闲暇时间的增多以及脑科学研究新成果构成了“学习社会”得以产生的社会背景。而终身教育理论的问世为“学习社会”的产生提供了有力的理论铺垫。因此。“学习社会”的构建必须具备必要的制度保障、机构保障和时间保障，全社会必须更新学习理念。为共同构建学校、家庭、社会整合一体的教育与学习网络而努力。

Learning society embodies profound implications. Learning society is socially back grounded on Knowledge Explosion, defects of traditional school education, increasing social competition, more spare time, new findings of brain research while life-long education provides a forceful theoretical basis for the creation of learning society. Therefore the construction of learning society involves institutional, structural and time mechanisms. The whole society is required to upgrade learning ideas to continuously build an education and learning network integrated with schools, families and society.
