Flexible educational system：the choice of the reform of the vocational education and teaching

弹性学制是一种以完全学分制为基础，集选课制、导师制、学分绩点制三位一体，是具有较大灵活性的教学管理制度和人才培养模式。目前，职业学校实行弹性学制已成为必然选择，虽然职业学校在弹性学制实施中还存在一定问题，但只要改革课程，加强师资队伍建设，建立科学的管理系统，设立导师制，并努力改善办学环境和条件，就一定能使弹性学制得以顺利实施。

Based on entire credit system, flexible educational system gathered all merits of elective system, tutorial system and grade point system, it is an elastic educational management system and talents nurturing mode. This article discussed the necessary of carrying out the flexible educational system in vocational schools, researched the implementing of FES,and countermeasures.
