工业化生产玉米淀粉渣发酵饲料解决淀粉厂的污染问题，并对产品“玉米酵麸”替代表麸、玉米等进行饲喂试验。经检测，“玉米酵麸”的粗蛋白和氨基酸含量略高于优质麸皮，维生素含量远高于优质麸皮。杂交猪饲喂试验表明：完全替代优质麸皮可降低饲料成本１２．５％，采用无粮型配方可提高经济效益２１．８％。该技术可充分利用淀粉渣资源，为国家提供大量代粮饲料。

The article refers to industrially produce fermented feed of corn starch residue in order tosolve the corresponding pollution and to test with the product 'corn fermented bran' instradof grain. It was analyzed that its crude protein content and amino acid content are slight higher than those contents of good wheat bran and its vitamin content is much higher than thegood wheat bran's.Feeding the hydrid pigs indicated that: it can cut down by 12.5 percent ifit completely replace good wheat bran. Moreover. it can increase economic benefit 21.8percent if non-grain formula is adopted.
