Modern Logistics System Management with the Phenomenon of“Trade-off”

现代物流是以信息为支持的仓储、运输、包装、装卸搬运、流通加工和配送等功能的有机集成,是一个大系统。在物流系统中,各要素之间存在“效益背反”的特殊现象,从而带来成本的“此削彼长”特征,因此,在物流管理中必须贯彻系统原则,进行系统管理,实现整体最优。

Modern logistics, supported by information technology, is a great system integration of storage, transportation, loading and unloading, portage, circulation and machining, delivery and so on. In the logistics system, there is the ＂trade-off＂ among logistics factors which leads to the unbalance of logistics cost. Therefore, it is urgent to carry out the system principle, take system management and reach the optimization on the whole level.
