摘要
实施EPR进程给企业的管理带来新的变革,必须实现财务的集中管理,使财务同产、供、销各环节完全集成,实现权力的集中监控、资源的集中配置、信息的集中共享。
The implementation of ERP is the revolution to the company management. We should centralize financial management, integrate finance with manufacture, supply and sales, so as to to realize the centralization of management monitoring, resource redistribution and information sharing.
