摘要
在科技型中小企业中,对知识员工的激励要从三个层次入手:在利益层,要确立以经济利益为起点的员工吸纳机制;在精神层,要确立以心理契约为纽带的员工适应机制;在价值层,要确立以价值实现为归宿的员工成就机制。
The knowledge employee's motivation of the scientific and technical small and med-sized enterprises must be come from three levels. In the benefit level, the employee recruiting mechanism which takes the interests as the beginning must be established. In the spirit level, the employee adapting mechanism which takes the psychological contract as the link must be established. In the value level, the employee achieving mechanism which takes the value realization as the home must be established.
