摘要
热带假丝酵母、干酵母、啤酒酵母、橙黄红酵母在味精厂、淀粉厂、酒厂废液中的生长量及菌体蛋白质含量不同.各供试菌种在味精厂废液中的生长量最高,菌体干重达7.61~9.39g/L,淀粉厂废液中生长的菌体生长量最低,干重为1.14~1.49g/L.蛋白质丰富、碳氮重量比W(C)/W(N)低的味精厂废液培养的菌体胞周间蛋白较多、胞内蛋白含量较少;而碳源丰富、W(C)/W(N)高的酒厂废液所得菌体胞周间蛋白含量较少。
Cultured in waste juice from the monosodium glutamate factory,the starch factory and the liquor factory,the growth yield and the protein content of candida tropicalis,saccharomyces siccus,saccharomyces cerevisia and Rhodotorula aurantiaca were different.The four yeast strains growed best in the waste juice from the monosodium glutamate factory,their dried weights were 7.61~9.39 g/L;but did least in waste juice from the starch factory,their dried weight were 1.16~1.49 g/L.Cultured in waste juice containing more protein and lower W(C)/W(N) from a monosodium glutamate factory,the periplasmic protein content is higher and the intracellular protein content is lower.Cultured in waste juice containing more carbonsource and higher W(C)/W(N) from a starch factory,the result is contrary to the above.
