摘要
制定电务调度工作制度,发挥电务调度在设备故障应急处理中的指挥协调作用,以最短的时间恢复故障设备,减少对铁路运输干扰。
It is described in the paper to establish working system for S＆C dispatch, play the commanding and coordinating role of S＆C dispatch in emergency handling of equipment failures so as to recover the failure equipment in the shortest time and minimize the resulting interference to railway transportation.
