胡锦涛关于树立社会主义荣辱观的讲话,是指导我们新时期物质文明、政治文明、精神文明与和谐社会建设,特别是加强思想道德教育的重要指针。倡导和树立社会主义荣辱观,加强公民思想道德建设,提升全民族综合素质,培育健康俊朗的民族精神,增强民族凝聚力,对于贯彻落实科学发展观、全面建设小康社会和努力构建社会主义和谐社会,实现中华民族的伟大复兴,具有重要的理论意义和实践价值。
The speech about socialist concept of honor and disgrace by Hu Jintao is an important guideline to direct our construction of material progress, political progress, ethical progress and harmonious community, and in particular the education of thoughts and moralities. To promote and set up socialist concept of honor and disgrace, strengthen the construction of citizen’s morality, improve the comprehensive qualities of all people, foster healthy and optimistic national spirit and consolidate the national solidarity are of great significance theoretically and practically to carry out the scientific view of development, build well-off society and harmonious socialist community and realize the great revival of the Chinese nation.
