The increasing globalization of economy brings the present international system to a profound transformation, which has the following features: the diversification of the international entities, the variation of the international force structure, the coexistence of various interactive international modes, the reform and development of the international mechanism in the games. The future tendency of the international system is going from the present anarchic international balance system to a new international system featuring dependence on each other. In the long run, a harmonious international order should be constructed.
