摘要
提出一个可靠性设计方法,可弥补传统的因材料性质差异等引起的安全系数误差太大的不足.
Because the parameter for the safety is random and the experienced safety factorsis used in traditional engineering designing,the safety reserve is not fully reliable.In this paper, a reliability designing method 9 that can eliminate the high safety factor that is causedby the properts difference of malarials.
