摘要
本文通过对森林资源灾害类型和致灾因素的分析，提出了相应的提高森林资源生产能力，改善森林资源生态环境和防止灾害发生的基本对策．
Based on the analysis of disaster types and factors of leading to disaster for forestresources,corresponding countermeasures for raising production capacity and improving ecological environment and preventing disasters of forest resources are proposed in this paper.
