摘要
随着经济全球化浪潮的兴起和科学技术的飞速发展,外包已日渐成为跨国经营的新潮流。中国只有抓住服务外包国际转移的机会,才能完成经济的第二次起飞。为此,中国应在全球服务外包供需条件下确定自己的服务外包竞争战略,而外包服务企业也要有相应的应对策略。
With the emerging tide of economic globalization and rapid development of science and technology, outsourcing has become a new trend of international business administration. To realize a second economic takeoff, China should grasp the opportunity of the international transfer of service outsourcing. Therefore, China should establish its own service outsourcing competing strategy under the condition of global service outsourcing supply and demand; Chinese outsourcing enterprises should also have their corresponding countermeasures.
