摘要
随着移动通信技术的发展,传统的诈骗犯罪与之相结合衍生出一种新型的诈骗犯罪———手机短信诈骗。这类诈骗案件呈现出许多新的特点,不仅有着更严重的社会危害性,而且对公安机关的侦查工作也提出了许多新的挑战。
With the developing of modern mobile technology, the traditional cheat case combined with it and changed into a new cheat case, the fraud case of the mobile short message. This type of case appeared with much new characteristics, brought much harmfulness and challenged to the policing business.
