摘要
我国在香港和澳门回归后出现的多元法制现象,标志着我国已从一个单一法制国家发展成为一个多元法制国家。多元法制局面的出现所带来的区际法律冲突问题,势必会对我国整体法制结构产生深远的影响。因此,有必要结合我国目前的形势特点,研究区际法律冲突问题的处理与解决。
