摘要
以含水量为94.1%的非离子型乳化剂OP/n-C5H11OH/n-C9H20/H2O微乳液为介质,进行了Cu(11)-二甲酚橙OX分光光度法研究(ε=3.6×104L·mol-1·cm-1),与以水为介质(ε=5.2×103L·mol-1·cm-1)及相同含水量的乳化剂OP胶束介质(ε=1.14×104L·mol-1·cm-1)相比较,测定灵敏度显著增加,样品分析结果令人满意。
The spectrophotometric determination of Cu is studied with Xylenol Orange (OX) in OP/n-C5H11OH/n-C9H2O/ water microemulsion medium (water content of 94.1%). The sensitivity (ε=3.6×104L·mol-1·cm-1)is increased in comparison with that got from water medium (ε=5.2×103L· mol-1·cm-1)and from OP medium (ε=1 14× 104L·mol-1·cm-1).The results of sample analysis are satisfactory.
