摘要
选用3种类型的活性染料(Cibacron Red LS-2G,Cibacron Yellow HW,Cibacron Red FN—R)对大豆蛋白纤维针织物染色.用正交实验的方法,探讨工艺条件(碱剂的用量、促染剂的用量、温度)对吸尽率、固色率的影响.以固色率为主要标准,优化工艺条件,确定染色工艺.实验结果表明,这3种活性染料对大豆蛋白纤维的固色率不是太高,可用于染淡色和中色.
Three types of reactive dyes, Cibacron Red LS--2G Cibacron Yellow HW Cibacron Red FNR, were used for dyeing of soybean protein fiber knitted fabrics. It researches on the effect of process conditions (quantity of Na2CO3, quantity of Na2SO4 and temperature) on exhaustion rate and fixation rate of reactive dyes by orthogonal experiments. The optimum dyeing conditions are determined according to fixation rate. The result shows that fixation rate of three types reactive dyes on soybean protein fiber knitted fabrics is not very high, they are suitable for used to dyeing on soybean protein fiber for low or medium concentration color.
