摘要
本文研究了近５００年来安徽省境内淮河流域旱涝灾害问题，发现：１．它和太阳活动１１年周期之间存在“双振动”现象。２．其中包含有２１０年的长周期３．在太阳活动２１０年的长周期的峰、谷年附近均有大的旱涝灾害发生。
In this paper we study the problem of the flood/drought in the Huaihe river valley,Anhui for about the last 500 years. The phenomenon of'double vibration'exists between the flood/drought in the Huaihe river valley and the solar activity in the period of 11 years.There is a peried of 210 years in the phenomenon of the flood/drought in the Huaihe river valley. The worst flood/drought appears near the maximum year and minimum year of the solar activity in the long period of the 210 years.
