抱茎獐牙菜愈伤组织的诱导与初步培养

THE INDUCTION AND MAINTENANCE OF THE CALLUS OF SWERTIA FRANCHETIANA H.SMITH

本文报道了以抱茎獐牙菜（ＳｗｅｒｔｉａｆｒａｎｃｈｅｔｉａｎａＨ．Ｓｍｉｔｈ）的胚轴、未成熟种子和幼叶作外植体，在２．４－Ｄ加有６—ＢＡ的ＭＳ、Ｂ５、Ｎ６三种培养基上诱导出愈伤组织的实验结果。结果表明，在上述三种培养基中以加有２．４—Ｄ３ｍｇ／Ｌ和６－ＢＡＯ．５ｍｇ／Ｌ的ＭＳ培养基诱导率最高，胚轴为１００％，未成熟种子为９８．４％，幼叶为２９３０％。这一结果，对抱茎獐牙菜组织培养的选材具有指导意义。
