多尼尔腔内泌尿外科工作站在上尿路结石中的综合应用

摘要 目的探讨多尼尔腔内泌尿外科工作站在上尿路结石一站式微创治疗的功效。方法总结262例上尿路结石患者经输尿管镜钬激光碎石术、微造瘘经皮肾镜钬激光碎石术、体外冲击波碎石术的临床资料。结果239例患者一次碎石成功,占91.2%。结石排净253例,占96.5%。结论在多尼尔腔内泌尿外科工作站内采用体外冲击波碎石术联合腔内碎石技术的一站式综合治疗是处理上尿路结石的最佳手段,具有创伤小、效果好、方便、快捷的优势,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To study and evaluate the effective treatment of upper urinary tract stone treated with minimally invasive surgical techniques by Dornier multifunctional endourology workstation. Methods The information of 262 cases of upper urinary tract stone,treated by Extracorporal shock wave lithotripsy(ESWL) ,ureteropyeloscopic lithotripsy with homium:YAG laser and Percutaneous nephrolithotomy (PCNL) were analysed. Results The calculi of 239 cases were fragmented in situ after a single session, the successful caculi fragmentation rate was 91.2 % (239/262). The stone-free results were achieved in 253 cases (96.5%). Conclusion Our results showed that minimally invasive surgical techniques by Dornier multifunctional endourology workstation was safe and effective with fewer complications. The combined use of ESWL and endoscopies lithotripsy is the ideal treatment method for upper urinary tract stone.
