脑静脉性血管畸形的MRI表现

The MRI manifestation of cerebral venous malformation

目的探讨脑静脉性血管畸形的MRI表现。方法对17例脑静脉性血管畸形病例的临床和MRI资料进行总结、分析。结果所有病例均表现为管状或条带状流空信号,增强扫描病灶明显均匀强化。其中额叶5例,颞叶4例,小脑半球4例,顶叶3例,脑干1例,均为单发,畸形血管向浅部静脉引流。1例合并海绵状血管瘤。结论脑静脉性血管畸形临床症状轻微,常为偶然发现,在MRI上具有特征性表现,可据此做出诊断。

Objective To investigate the MRI Manifestation of Cerebral Venous Malformation （CVM）. Methods The clinical and MRI data of 17 cases of cerebral venous malformation were reviewed and analyzed. Results All cases demonstrated abnormal flow void on T1WI and T2WI, and with contrast enhancement on TlWI. All case was solo lesion. There were 5 cases in the frontal lobe, 4 cases in the temporal lobe, 4 cases in the cerebella, 3 cases in the occipital lobe and one in the brain stem. The malformation blood vessels were drained into superficial vein. One case accompanied with cavernous hemangioma. Conclusion Cerebral venous malformation has mild symptom and often was found by chance. MRI is a valid tool for its diagnosis.
