泰吡信治疗急性下呼吸道感染43例

Tamicin in treating acute lower respiratory tract infections in forty-three patients

目的 观察泰吡信（注射用头孢匹胺钠）对急性下呼吸道感染的疗效。方法急性下呼吸道感染住院病人43例（男性23例，女性20例，年龄25-87岁），应用泰吡信（注射用头孢匹胺钠）1～2g，加入5％葡萄糖注射液或氯化钠注射液100～250ml中，静脉滴注2次／d，疗程7～10d。结果泰吡信治疗急性下呼吸道感染有效率91％，细菌清除率69％。结论泰吡信治疗急性下呼吸道感染有效。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Tamicin in the treatment of acute lower respiratory tract infections. Methods A total of 43 patients with acute lower respiratory tract infections received tamicin （cefpiramide sodium for injection） 1-2 g with 5% glucose solution 250 ml or 0.9% sodium chloride solution 100 ml,iv, gtt, bid, for 7-10 d. Results The clinical effective rate of tamicin was 91%, the bacterial clearance rate was 69%. Conclusion Tamicin is an effective and safe antibacterial in the treatment of acute lower respirtary infections.
