教师资源紧缺且开发不足,物、资匮乏且利用率低下。如何提高高校教育资源的利用率,已成为高校发展中的一个重要问题。
The resources of teacher is very lackly, and shortemplodered, material resources are pinched, and low-utilized efficiency. Thus, how to improve the utilization efficiency of highter education＇ s resources has been an important problem in the higher education＇ development.
