摘要
胆酸是常用名贵中药牛黄的主要成分．本文论述了利用退役老牛，实行活牛引流胆汁，进而提取胆酸，并用薄层层析法、紫外光谱法、红外光谱法和质谱法等方法鉴定之．本方法为提供胆汁提取胆酸开辟了一条新的、切实可行的途径．
Cholic acid is a principal composition of bezoar, a commonly-used rare Chinese medicine. It is discussed in this article how to extract cholic acid from bile drained from living retired oxen and identify it by means of TLC, UV, IR, MS. The method will open a new and feasible way to supply bile acid.
