对外资零售企业价格策略的思考

摘要 跨国零售集团的进入使国内零售企业面临着巨大的冲击和压力,竞争更加激烈。如何抵御外资企业的进攻,将直接关系到国内零售企业的生存和发展。沃尔玛等外资零售企业取得骄人的销售业绩,其中必有一套独特的经营理念和价格策略,它们的成功经验值得我国零售企业深刻反思与借鉴。本文通过剖析外资零售企业的价格策略,为国内零售企业制定价格策略提供参考依据。 With entrance to transnational retail corporations, Chinese companies have faced great challenge and competition. So how to compete with foreign-invested enterprises, has related to the survival and development of internal retail businesses. Like Walmart, these foreign businesses must own a set of specific operation strategies and pricing principles to make them get excellent results. And their successful experiences are just what we should think of and learn from. By analyzing foreign-invested enterprise pricing principles, this article supports referring to the gist for internal companies.
