薄壁圆筒拉扭加载应变疲劳寿命的研究

摘要 本文对30CrMnSiNi2A材料的薄壁圆筒进行控制应变的拉扭组合对称循环疲劳试验,以期寻找该材料在平面变力情况下应变疲劳估算寿命的最优理论。本文还提出了拉扭组合应变疲劳条件下以当量应变为参量的估算寿命方法。较其它理论更符合试验结果。 A Series of controlled strain fatigue tests are conducted. The tests are carried out with thin walled cylindrical specimens 30 CrSiNi2A under the combination of tension and torsion loadings. The cycle of the loading is symmetric. The Purpose of the test is to find the optimum criterion of estimation of strain fatigue life under the condition of plane stress. Using the parameters of equivalent strain, a new method of estimation of fatigue life is also suggested. The new method is suitable for strain fatigue Under the combination of tension and torsion loadings. The optimum criterion is approved by the results of the tests sufficiently.
