后路减压植骨融合RF内固定治疗腰椎滑脱症

Treatment of lumbar spondylolisthesis with posterior decompression bone grafting with RF internal fixation

目的探讨后路应用RF椎弓根螺钉复位固定、减压、椎体间及后外侧植骨融合治疗腰椎滑脱症的疗效。方法对31例腰椎滑脱症患者行后路椎管减压,RF椎弓根螺钉系统复位固定,椎体间及后外侧植骨融合。结果随访1～3年,临床优良率为90.3%,腰椎滑脱复位率为93.5%,6～12个月X线片均显示椎体间骨性融合。结论RF椎弓根螺钉复位固定、减压、椎体间及后外侧植骨融合是治疗腰椎滑脱症的有效方法。

Objective To analyze the effect of treating spondylolisthesis with RF pedicler reduction fixation, decompressive interbody fusion and posterolateral fusion. Methods Thirty-one patients were treated with posterior decompression, RF pedicler reduction fixation, interbody fusion and posterolateral fusion. Results All of the patients were followedup for 1～3 years. The dinical excellent rate was 90.3% and the reduction rate of spondyloilisthesis was 93.5%. All patients were observed interbody fusion after 6～12 months. Conclusion Interbody and posterolateral bone grafting fusion plus RF pedicle screw fixation is an effective method for treatment of lumbar spondylolisthesis.
