摘要
目的探讨胎儿期听觉刺激对新生儿听敏度的影响。方法对5000例父母曾对其进行胎教、间断进行胎教、未进行胎教的新生儿,在出生24-72小时进行自动听性脑干反应(automatedauditorybrainstemresponse,AABR)检查,对其反应时程进行统计学分析。结果5000例新生儿中,父母坚持进行胎教的1280人,双耳AABR平均反应时程为79.40秒;间断进行者2152人,双耳AABR平均反应时程为116.24秒;未坚持者1568人,双耳AABR平均反应时程为155.92秒。结论科学胎教能提高新生儿的听敏度。
Objective To evaluate the influence of antenatal sound stimulation on the auditory development of neonates. Method 5000 neonates were divided into 3 groups: 1280 cases received continued speech sound stimulation during antenatal periods; 2152 cases with intermittent stimulation while 1568 without any. All were assessed with AABR. Results The average response time of the group with continued stimulation was 79.40s, with intermittent stimulation 116.24s, and without any 155.92s. Conclusion Antenatal sound stimulation could facilitate the development of neonates' auditory sensitivity.
