摘要
目的本研究通过为极重度听力损失的儿童验配移频助听器并跟踪其语言训练结果,分析配戴移频助听器后的听力语言康复效果。方法为20位(3～16岁)儿童验配移频助听器,经过18个月跟踪随访观察,评价其配戴移频助听器前后的声母听辨能力、发音能力、口语清晰度和对话难易程度。结果通过强化听辨训练,这20位听障儿童在听辨能力及语言清晰度上得到了明显提高。结论移频助听器可明显提高极重度听力损失耳的听辨能力和语训效果。
Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of frequency transpositional hearing aids on hearing and speech rehabilitation for children with profound hearing loss. Method 20 children （3 - 16 years old）, fitted with frequency transpositional hearing aids, were assessed for their ability of initial speech detection, pronunciation, and articulation with an 18-month follow-up. Results The speech detection and articulation of all were improved after intensive training. Conclusion Frequency transpositional hearing aids demonstrated noticeable effects on the patients with profound hearing loss.
