摘要
一家合资企业的共同拥有者,如何公平、有效地解除双方的合伙关系呢?本文运用机制设计的思想,探讨了解除合伙关系的协商机制设计问题,给出了具有优超策略激励相容性、事后理性的协商机制的完全刻划。在此基础上,证明上述机制都可按固定价格方式执行。最后,研究了其效率问题,给出了具有事前有效性的上述机制的完全刻划。
How do several partners,who jointly own an asset, dissolve their partnership fairly and efficiently? In this paper,we characterize the set of all dominant strategy incentive compatible and ex post individually rational bargaining mechanisms for dissolving a partnership,and show these mechanisms are posted-price implementable. Finally, we show how to compute mechanisms that maximize expected total gains from trade.
