摘要
本文借鉴当代西方制度创新理论，探讨了目前我国企业制度创新的动力及困难和制约因素等问题，并指出政府在企业制度创新中具有双重角色，政府的行为关系着企业制度创新的成败。
Using the modern theory of institutional innovation for reference, this paper explores the motive power,difficulties and the conditioning factors in the institutional innovation of Chinese enterprises,and points out that the government plays a dual role in the institutional innovation, and the success of the institutional innovation depends upon the government's behavior.
