本文讨论了局部积流形的半不变子流形，得到了关于这类子流形的微分几何方面的一些重要结果．
In the present paper, we discuss the semi - invariant submanifolds of a locally product manifold,some important results about the differential geometry of this class of submanifolds are obtained.
