摘要
采用SolidWorks软件进行几何建模,并利用有限元技术,选取最恶劣的运用工况,对加装扣环的机车车轮在刹车过程中产生的热应力以及在各种载荷综合作用下产生的应力进行分析,得到了车轮的温度场和应力场云图,重点考察了热应力对加装扣环车轮的影响。计算结果表明,热应力对加装扣环车轮的影响是有限的,为保证机车在高速行驶状态下的安全性及强度提供了理论依据。
A geometric model is established by using software SolidWorks,the thermal stress produced in braking on locomotive wheelset equipped with coupling collar and the stress produced by all kinds of loads are analyzed by using finite element technique,which is conducted in worst working condition,a temperature-field nephogram and stress-field nephogram are obtained. The influence of thermal stress on the locomotive wheelset is studied emphatically. Calculating result indicates that the influence of thermal stress on the wheelset equipped with coupling collar is limited,thus theoretical basis is provided for the locomotive running in a high speed and safe way.
