摘要
目的:研究榼藤子水溶性提取物对小鼠移植瘤S180的抑瘤作用及对血白细胞的影响。方法:昆明种小鼠腋部皮下接种S180瘤细胞后随机分组,分别灌胃给榼藤子水溶性提取物50,100,200 mg·kg-1和5-氟尿嘧啶(5-Fu)25 mg·kg-1以及0.9%氯化钠溶液,连续10 d,观察实验鼠的一般状况,瘤体性状、大小及组织学特征,计算抑瘤率,检测血白细胞。结果:榼藤子水溶性提取物对S180的抑瘤率在32.43%-47.75%之间,与0.9%氯化钠溶液组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05或P<0.01),且抑瘤率与给药剂量呈正相关。病理组织学观察表明:试验组瘤块中央片状坏死,周围有大量的淋巴细胞、巨噬细胞浸润。榼藤子水溶性提取物对小鼠的外周血白细胞没有明显影响(P>0.05)。结论:榼藤子水溶性提取物对S180有良好的抑制作用,对外周血白细胞没有明显影响。
Objective : To study the inhibitory effects of water soluble extracts from Entada on transplant tumor S180 of mice and the influence with the number of blood white cell of the mice. Method: The model mice were treated with the water soluble extracts from Entada(50,100,200 mg·kg^-1 ) ; 5-Fu(25mg·kg^-1 ) ; and 0.9% sodium chloride by gastrogavage, for ten days. The pill,body weight,locomotion were observed, then tumor bodies were stripped and histop.athological detects were adopetod with HE staining . The rates of inhibition tumor were calculated, and the number of blood white cell was also calculated. Result: The rates of inhibition tumor of water soluble extracts from Entada on Sis0 were 32.43%-47.75%. To compare with solvent groups, the rates of inhibition tumor were higher obviously (P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 )and had positive correlation with drug dose. Histopathological detects demonstrated that tumor body of experiment group had excessive patch necrosis in its central position and had a number of infiltration of lymphocytes and macrophages in its peripheral portion. Water soluble extracts from Entada had no obvious influence with the number of blood white ceil of the mice(P 〉 0.05). Conclusion: Water soluble extracts from Entada had good inhibition effect on S18o and had no obvious influence with the number of blood white cell of the mice.
