HPLC法测定复方氢氯噻嗪片中氢氯噻嗪的含量

Determaination the Content of Hydrochlorothiazide in Compound Hydrochlorothiazide Tablets by HPLC

目的:建立HPLC法测定复方氢氯噻嗪片中氢氯噻嗪的含量。方法:采用DiamomilTM C18柱(250 mm×4．6 mm,5μm),以0．01 mol·L-1磷酸二氩纳溶液(pH=3)-甲醇-乙腈(85:10:5)为流动相,流速为1．0 ml·min-1,检测波长为220 nm。结果:氢氯噻嗪在0．01-0．05μg范围内呈线性关系,r=0．999 9,平均回收率为98．1％,RSD为1．5％。结论:本方法简便,重复性好,可用于该药的质量控制。

Objective： To establish a HPLC method for determination the content of hydrochlorothiazide in compound hydrochlo- rothiazlde tablets, MethOd： The Diamonsl^TM C 18 column（250mm×4.6mm.5μm）was used,the mobile phase consisted of 0.01mol·L^-1 sodium dlhydrogenphosphate solution （ pH = 3 ） -methanol-acetonitrile （ 85： 10：5 ）, the flow rate was 1. 0 ml·min^-1 the wavelength was at 220 nm. Result： The linear range of hydrochlorothiazide was 0.0 1-0.05μg （ r = 0.999 9）, the average recovery was 98.1%, RSD = I. 5%. Conclusion： The method is simple and repeatable, it can be used for quality control of compound hydrochlorothiazide tablets.
